A lovely stone-built house, fully equipted,with many Greek features, in about 4,000 squere metres of hillside and garden with outstanding views overlooking the southern tip of Evia and the Cavodoro straight. It has 2 bedrooms, lead off the large living room with fireplace. The kitchen is large, fitted with an electric cooker. The garden is planted with flowers. Our cleaner comes twice a week to clean the house and the laundry is also changed twice a week (this is part of the rental price).
POSITION:
In the North West of Andros overlooking the Cavodoro straight and southern tip of the island of Evia and Island of Kea. Nearest sandy beach 2 minutes by car either 7 minutes on fout. Nearest taverna under 10 mins by car. Even in August our local sandy beach, about 1/4 mile long, has few people on it. The house is about 20 minutes from the port of Gavrion (about 15 Kms)
